Change the Story – VIP Screening – Browns Plains, Brisbane

CoAct and Workways invite you to attend the Change the Story Browns Plains VIP screening event being held on Tuesday night 25 June at Event Cinemas. Change the Story is a nationwide storytelling project celebrating ability and showing how sustainable, meaningful employment can change lives.

This event includes a free screening of the new MEN IN BLACK: INTERNATIONAL and a selection of the Change the Story short films. Expert local employment consultants will also be on hand to provide advice and information on Disability Employment Services.

The Change the Story project follows eight Australians who are changing the story around disability employment. It’s a look into what navigating the world of work means, through the eyes of people with disability, employers, and frontline workers. Read more about the project here.

Join us in the movement for change. Because together, we can change the story.

Kelsey’s story of strength and determination

Kelsey’s story is one of how hard life can sometimes be. From the minute she was born, Kelsey has had to fight. Her story shows how difficult situations can breed new confidence and determination. This is a story about how your dreams are always at reach, no matter how tough the situation.

If you’re living with disability, illness or injury and want to find and keep a job, you’ve come to the right place.
We know that navigating the world of work can sometimes be overwhelming and present significant challenges.
That’s where we can help!
