The Change the Story project follows seven Australians who are changing the story around disability employment. It’s a look into what navigating the world of work means, through the eyes of people with disability, employers, and frontline workers. Read more about the project here.

Join us in the movement for change. Because together, we can change the story.

Bridie’s story: A story of building confidence and thriving

Bridie’s story is one of how building confidence opens opportunities. Travel into Bridie’s world of heightened senses, where her disability has awakened and enhanced her sense of smell, touch and taste – and what that means for her career. This is a story of someone who hasn’t let her vision impairment stop her.

If you’re living with disability, illness or injury and want to find and keep a job, you’ve come to the right place.
We know that navigating the world of work can sometimes be overwhelming and present significant challenges.
That’s where we can help!
